A Second Chance Starts With You
NCO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue serving Orange County, California. Cats and kittens who can be socialized are placed in our foster network while they await their forever home. Our foster families provide a safe, loving environment where cats can decompress, build trust with humans, and show their true personalities — so we can match them with the family where they'll thrive.
