How It Started
Our Story
NCO Rescue began with a simple act of kindness — a few neighbors in Orange County who started feeding a small feral colony and couldn't look away. What started as informal feeding runs quickly grew into a full rescue operation as the need became undeniable.
Today, NCO Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a network of dedicated volunteers, foster families, and veterinary partners across Orange County. We've rescued over 1,200 cats, completed 850+ TNR operations, and helped more than 600 cats find their forever homes.
We operate entirely on donations and volunteer power. Your donation supports rescue, veterinary care, TNR, food, foster care, and other animal welfare needs.

Founder & Director
Sarah founded NCO Rescue after years of informal TNR work in her neighborhood. Her vision is a coordinated, community-wide rescue network for Orange County.
James T.
TNR Program Lead
James coordinates all TNR operations across Orange County, managing trapping schedules, vet partnerships, and colony monitoring.
Linda K.
Foster Network Coordinator
Linda manages our network of 50+ foster families, matching cats with the right caregivers and supporting fosters through every step.
